Led by conscious wellbeing experts, Emerald & Tiger, this 60 minute session uses a range of time-honoured instruments including singing bowls and gongs to induce a deep state of relaxation, calm and healing.
Studies show that healing sounds can reduce anxiety and stress (reduce cortisol levels) by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. They can also help regulate the immune system, slow the heart rate, lower blood pressure, improve sleep and the natural release of mood-boosting hormones, serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin and endorphins.
